Gawen Angove MRICS brings a dynamic and varied bank of knowledge and experience to the business having amassed valuable experience through traditional Building Surveying services such as Part Wall, Dilapidations and Contract Administration along with working with Local Authority, Housing Associations and as Employers Agent on new build developments. He has a meticulous eye for detail and a client centric drive and determination to deliver successful schemes.
Natalie Sams has a wealth of experience from Dilapidation Liability Assessments, Asbestos Surveys to Accessibility (DDA) Audits. Along with Contract Administration and Project Management for refurbishment schemes, Natalie has an aptitude for defect diagnosis and Condition Surveys.
