Project Management is often misunderstood and plays a crucial role in the success of any construction project. The role of a BC Project Manager extends beyond the construction contract.
We define Project Management as "The planning, monitoring and control of all aspects of a project from inception to completion, including the motivation and management of all those involved to achieve the project objectives on time and to the specified cost, quality and performance."
The Border Consultancy methodology is to act as your single point of contact, coordinating all parties involved from inception right through to completion.
Our expertise is extensive and this includes the project management of various projects across multiple sites.
On occaisions our full Project Management services are not required and we are asked to monitor projects on behalf of a funding body or purchaser to ensure the project is constructed to the agreed specification time and budget.
